Andrews and Murray Associates Inc. was formed by MaryKay Andrews and Paul T. Murray in March of 1993. Ms. Andrews and Mr. Murray joined forces with over fifty years of combined insurance experience and purchased the property/casualty division of Hyatt Associates in Danbury Ct. and the Southbury Insurance Agency in Southbury Ct. In 1998 the thriving Agency purchased the Carmody, Dyer and Carey Agency in Newtown Ct. and consolidated the entire group of Agencies to its present location in Watertown. The Agency was acquired and became a member of the Encharter Insurance in 2002.

The Arthur G. Eheman Agency has been located in Watertown Connecticut since its inception forty years ago. Arthur Eheman started his business in his home, as the Agency grew it expanded to larger facilities on River Road where it is located today. The Agency was acquired by the Encharter Insurance group upon the retirement of Mr. Eheman in 2003.

O'Brien Russo Quint Insurance is an Independent Insurance Agency established in 1985 by Gary O'Brien, CPCU, AAI; Guy Russo; and Roger Quint. We serve over 2,500 customers in Connecticut. In 2007 we consolidated our Waterbury and Watertown offices into our new location in the beautifully renovated Siemon Business Park in Watertown, Connecticut. The Agency was acquired and became a member of Encharter Insurance, LLC in 2008.
