2012 “Creativity in Marketing” Award
The eMarketing team was acknowledged by the Lexington Chamber of Commerce in January of 2012 for their “Creativity in Marketing”. This award recognizes Encharter’s innovation and visionary use of Social Media tools to market the agency in a modern way. The chamber was impressed that the whole agency, from senior management to newer staff members, has incorporated social media into their day, and commended Encharter’s enthusiasm to share and teach our social media knowledge with local businesses in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

May 2010 Rough Notes eAgency of the Month
Encharter Insurance is recognized by Rough Notes. Encharter’s “localness” strategy, which focuses on being recognized as a hometown agency, has been its focus to success. Additionally, the eMarketing strategy gives Encharter Insurance a competitive advantage since many other agencies have not caught on to the same trend.
2010 PIA National Excellence in Social Media Award
This award recognized Encharter Insurance for being a leader in the use of social media for business. The eMarketing team utilizes the social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, as well as for communication with prospects and clients.
2010 MAIA Video Contest Winner
Encharter Insurance developed a video demonstrating the agency’s staff, creativity and expertise. The contest was held on the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents Facebook page. The winning video needed the most “Likes”. Encharter received over 300 votes.
2010 INNovators Awards - 2nd Place Customer Experience
Encharter Insurance was recognized by Insurance Networking News for its innovation in driving business, specifically for its Customer Experience. The eMarketing team uses internet marketing to achieve customer loyalty, satisfaction and retention for both current and prospective clients.

The eMarketing team is responsible for daily blogging on our on-site and off-site blogs, as well as regularly posting to our Facebook and Twitter accounts. In addition to the Encharter Insurance internet marketing, the eMarketing team also has a Reggie, the Social Media Whale, brand. A Facebook and Twitter account are associated with the name, as well as an off-site blog. Here, the team helps local small businesses with their internet marketing strategies.
