My email is in reference to the outstanding performance that was given to me by Ms. Kate West. Over the last two years, she has been trying to get me to switch over from Amica to your agency. She was patient, not pushy, and offered up the benefits of your company. Around 3 months ago, I did follow up and asked if she would do a cost comparison for me, joining 2 homes and all my autos. She responded swiftly and offered multiple options. She was always willing and responsive to all questions, no matter how repetitive they were. One of the insurance companies that I signed up with became leery of one of my homes since I had put a recent claim in. Therefore, they would not allow me to be insured. I was frustrated and angry, and called her on it. Ms. West went back to work and got me another insurance carrier, and it was discounted even more. She worked very closely with the underwriter and made it happen. Please believe me that I don’t often write this kind of thing. However, if you don’t know already, you have a good qualified employee, so do your best to retain her. I work as a manager for the Department of Defense and I know how important and valuable a good quality employee is. I will certainly recommend Encharter to all my relatives and friends.
